Procul is a software solution designed to help orthopedic shoemakers effortlessly track their clients, efficiently create orders and invoices, and seamlessly declare invoices with insurance providers (via Vecozo). By providing a user-friendly interface and powerful functionality, we have empowered shoemakers to streamline their administrative tasks and focus more on delivering exceptional products and services to their valued clients.

Leading a team of front-end and backend developers, designers, and a project manager—I took ownership of features and experiments from start to finish, including requirement definition, cross-functional execution, and close collaboration with the engineering team. With comprehensive knowledge of Vecozo and Vektis.

I engaged prospective clients to promote our software, actively gathered their feedback, and introduced the first companies—with 7,000 unique clients, 18,000 orders, 28,000 invoices, and 7,000 declarations—to fully utilize our software.

Additionally, I conducted user acceptance tests to ensure product quality, developed a product strategy and roadmap based on company needs and strategic priorities, guided the process from ideation to implementation, and managed and prioritized the product backlog to drive rapid changes.
